1. Maunt oil reservior to 1st 2nd (rear) cylinder head bolt.
  2. Maunt hyydraulic oil pump
  3. Place mount and knuckle to budy of main axle fasten screws
  4. Mount left side double pitman arm
  5. Mount right side single pitman arm
  6. Assemble valve & piston
  7. Assemble drag link. The pitman arms should be aligned 116 cms apart. After the two whells should be 115.2 cms adjust slack in axle and pins.
  8. Assemble drag link hose
  9. 5 / 8 R6 hose from oil reservoir to oil pump fasten hose clamps
  10. Assemble pressure hose 5 / 16 R1 from hydraulic oil pump to valve
  11. Fasten return hose 3 / 8 R6 from valve to reservoir
  12. Fill reservoir with hydraulic streering oil
  13. The adjusting screwof the pressure valve.

  1. Assemble oil reservoir to cylinder head front bolt
  2. Assemble hyraulic oil pum ( FORD 4000, remove oil pressure swich and replace by a prior to mounting of the hydraulic oil pump )
  3. Assemble valve and piston
  4. Assemble mount
  5. Assemble return hose from reservoir to oil pump
  6. Assemble connection hose from reservoir to oil pump
  7. Assemble pressure hose from oil pump valve
  8. Assemble valve arm
  9. Tie rod should be tigtened and the pin adjusted ( pitman arm should be the original or adjusteed as the original ) adjust the rod fittings
  10. Fill up the oil ( Transmission fluid ) and check 1.5 lt. oil level
  11. The adjusting screw of the pressure valve
